What’s your return policies?
ANY return must have a return number assigned to it. Contact us for it. It will not be accepted without it. You may return most items for a full credit within 15 days of receipt. Shipping is not refunded. Closeouts are non returnable. Used equipment is sold as is and non returnable. If we say it is working, it is, and we had it witnessed by two other people before we offer it for sale. If you have any problem with anything from us, please talk to us about it. We will try everything we can to make it right.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
At present time we do NOT ship out of the US. We ship to confirmed addresses that PayPal presents us with.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! We are available to answer your questions from 10 am central time to 8 pm. daily. Sometimes we are gone for a few days. Response to inquires may be a bit delayed. I apologize in advance.
